We put concise information into a 5-day format.  This is your personal “experiment” that we hope has you feeling more energized, better rested, stronger, healthier and overall happier and better humans.

Why the 5-day format? Our hope is to make the information as simple as possible to apply.  However, the idea is that in the end all of this is an everyday practice.

Consistently, almost half of the experts I interviewed spoke about gut health, and the fact that what we eat affects our physical health, brain health, and emotional health. 

The exciting part about what all of the experts are saying is that the same factors are impacting ALL of our health.  If we can even come close to having functional gut health, managing chronic inflammation and healthy metabolic function we are on the right path regardless of our goals.
